1. Introduction

Welcome to pr8888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pr8888 website located at https://pr8888.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through or in connection with the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pr8888. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User to access the features of the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not access or use the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is lawful in your location. Access from Pakistan is permitted at the User's own risk, subject to local legal provisions. pr8888 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of any outstanding bonuses and recovery of any improperly obtained funds.

3.4 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to court orders restricting their financial activity may not register.

3.5 Not Self-Excluded

You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with the Platform, the Operator, or any third-party responsible gambling scheme at the time of registration or while using the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion agreement is a serious breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access full Platform functionality, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number;
• Maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update any details that change;
• Choose a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Immediately notify pr8888 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pr8888 and the Operator reserve the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Typical documents accepted for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and in certain cases a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. You must submit documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not alter, obscure, or falsify any document submitted — doing so constitutes fraud and may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pr8888 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or telephone. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — are mentioned for contextual reference only and do not imply that those institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling transactions. Current deposit method availability is subject to operator policy and may change without notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and vary by payment method. Users should verify current minimums through the cashier section before initiating a transaction.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the Operator's void-bet policy for postponed, abandoned or suspended events.
• pr8888 and the Operator reserve the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, arbitrage activity or technical error in the odds display.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted during live markets are subject to the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance — not the odds displayed prior to submission due to network latency.
• For cricket events including PSL T20, ICC World Cup fixtures and Pakistan international matches, the Operator's specific cricket betting rules apply regarding rain interruptions, DLS adjustments and abandoned matches.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win, unless specific insurance terms apply as stated in the relevant promotion.
• The Operator's decision regarding the settlement of any disputed bet is final and binding.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings and funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple Accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-Account policy;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;

• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate match outcomes or betting markets;
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of other individuals;
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gambling

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its licence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
